What is this?
A growing collection of real phone-loss and phone-recovery stories — written by the people who lived them. Anything genuine: the time it nearly ruined a trip, the time a stranger returned it, the time you found someone else's, the time Find My Device didn't help. 200-500 words is plenty.
What contributors get
First 50 published contributors get 1 year of FINDERR Premium free (€89.99 retail value — all paid features, full remote dashboard, live contact updates). After the cap, stories still get published with credit. Anonymous publication available on request. Each accepted story gets its own page on hub.untrapd.com/stories/, credited (or anonymous) at your choice.
Email hub.contact@untrapd.com. Subject line: Phone Story. Include:
- Your story (200-500 words)
- Whether you want to be credited or anonymous
- The email registered with FINDERR (so we can grant 1 year of Premium if you're in the first 50)
We reply within 48 hours. If accepted, we publish (with your edits if you want). The first 50 contributors get 1 year of Premium credited to their account; after the cap, stories still get published with credit.

Nobody writes phone-loss stories from the angle that actually matters — the person it happened to. The internet has marketing copy. We want the real version. Stories help other people in the same moment feel less alone, and they teach more than any "tips" article ever will.
