1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FINDERR mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNTRAPD ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

FINDERR is a phone recovery and alert system that:

• Displays your contact information on your device screen when activated
• Allows remote activation through a web interface or SMS commands
• Generates QR codes on emergency wallpaper for contact lookup
• Enables customization of alert backgrounds
• Provides premium features through subscriptions

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use FINDERR, you must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or abuse the service.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Set up legitimate emergency contact information
• Customize your alert screen appearance
• Participate in optional surveys
• Access premium features you have purchased

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Use the service to spam or harass others

5. Premium Features and Payments

5.1 Pricing

FINDERR offers a freemium model: core on-device protection is free. Premium features (web dashboard, remote control) are available via subscription at displayed prices. Every install includes a 14-day free trial of premium features.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Google Play. Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies. You may cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

FINDERR and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, your rights, and our security measures. By using FINDERR, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

FINDERR is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, damages from service interruptions, or your reliance on the service for emergency situations.

Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your submission of content to the service.

10. Termination

By You: Delete your account through the App settings, contact support, or uninstall the App.

By Us: We may terminate access immediately for Terms violations, fraudulent activities, or harm to the service or other users.

Effect: Access ends immediately, data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy, outstanding fees remain payable.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

12. International Use

FINDERR may be accessed from multiple countries. You are responsible for complying with local laws, export control laws, and data localization requirements. These Terms are originally written in English; the English version controls in case of translation conflicts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updates in the App, sending email notifications, and providing 30 days notice for material changes. Your continued use of FINDERR after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

FINDERR integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (payment processing), and Google Play (app distribution and billing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
