If you previously installed FINDERR from Google Play, uninstall it first. Play Store and direct APK use different signing keys — Android won't update across different signatures. Your account data is safe in the cloud.

Why two versions?
Google Play restricts SMS permissions for phone recovery apps. We disagree with that policy — SMS activation is the most user-friendly path: one text triggers the emergency screen instantly, no dashboard login needed in the panic moment.
The Play Store version uses web dashboard activation only (log in from any browser, hit Activate). This direct download adds SMS activation on top of that.
