• Automated content posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Social media account management and scheduling
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Email marketing automation
• Campaign management tools

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Social Media Account Integration

When connecting your social media accounts:

• You grant us permission to access and post content on your behalf
• You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
• You maintain ownership of all content posted through our Service
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms
• You can revoke access at any time through your social media settings

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or viruses

6. Content Ownership and Rights

• Make backup copies for service reliability

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase

8. Service Modifications and Availability

• Update features and functionality
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UNTRAPD Automation Hub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post through the Service

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest). We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs or policies
• Service interruptions caused by third parties
• Data handling by third-party platforms
• Terms of service of third-party platforms

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by UNTRAPD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
