How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

If you have an active account, you can delete your data directly:

  1. Log in to your UNTRAPD Automation Hub account
  2. Go to Account SettingsPrivacy & Security
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm your identity and follow the prompts
  5. Your data will be deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to:

Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Email]"

Option 3: Facebook App Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook/Instagram account through our app:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "UNTRAPD Hub Social Automation"
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  4. Follow the prompts to request data deletion
  5. We will receive the deletion request automatically
