Urgent — The Next 15 Minutes
Go to the info point / lost & found tent
Every venue and festival has one. Report your phone as lost — they may already have it.
Locate it remotely
Use google.com/android/find or icloud.com/find. In a crowded venue, making the phone ring at full volume can help someone nearby find it — but they still need a way to contact you.
Check the event's app
Many festivals have official apps with lost & found features where you can report and search for lost items.
Post in the event's social media groups
Facebook event pages and Reddit threads for the festival are often used for lost & found.
Good News: Major festivals find 500-2,000 phones per event. Same-day recovery rate is about 70% for phones turned in within the first hour.
Next Time, Be Prepared
If your phone had FINDERR, the person who picked it up off the ground could have scanned the QR code and found you — even in a crowd of thousands.
