Urgent — The Next 15 Minutes
Call the bar when they open
If it's the next morning, call as soon as they open. Bar staff find phones every night and usually keep them behind the counter.
Locate it remotely
Check google.com/android/find or icloud.com/find. If the location shows the bar's address, your phone is likely behind the counter in their lost & found.
Go back in person
Visit the bar during opening hours and ask the manager. Describe your phone and where you were sitting or standing.
Check with friends
Someone in your group may have picked it up for safekeeping. Ask everyone who was with you last night.
Good News: Bars and clubs are the #1 venue for lost phones. The good news: most bar staff are experienced at holding and returning them.
Next Time, Be Prepared
